Official Meet End

This is when the meet officially ends, however attendees are welcome to stay longer if they wish!

Please do not bring any alcohol onto the venue. Other food and drink is fine, but the venue have explicitly asked us not to allow alcohol. We also will have use to the kitchen which will allow you to reheat meals in the microwave.

If using the kitchen space at all, please clean down any equipment used and any surfaces after use. Please ask meet staff if you plan to use anything other than the kettle or the microwave.

General rule, even if you're not using the kitchen. Please tidy up after yourselves. The venue charges us £100 if there's anything left behind, so PLEASE tidy up after yourself!.

Do NOT throw anything in the venue's own bins. If you need to dispose of anything, we will provide black bags, please use this for disposal.

This meet is an 18+ only event for attendee safety and insurance purposes. We will work this on a trust based system. Should you be fortunate enough to look underaged, you may be challenged and asked for ID, so do bring ID just in case!

Fursuits and costumes are allowed! Please make sure costumes are appropriate as well as any clothing you wish to wear to the venue.

Respect church rules.

Illegal drugs are not allowed, except in the cases of controlled prescription medication. Proof of this will have to be provided. If proof is not provided, police will be called and this will also be reported to the venue managers to have you banned from the venue and future meets.

There is not to be any more than 60 people (including organisers and meet staff) in the church hall at any one time. We know this is unlikely, but we have to include this just on the off chance it does happen!

There is to be no smoking or vaping in the halls or on any of the grounds. If you wish to smoke/vape, please do so outside of St Peter's. This means, on the general street!

No animals are allowed on the venue, except from registered service animals.

Should there be any accidents in the kitchen, please tell a member of staff immediately as all accidents MUST be reported.

Babyfurs / diaper usage is allowed. Please dispose of diapers in provided black bags in the toilets.

In the event of a fire:
a) Evacuate the hall; Close all internal doors if safe to do so.
b) Call the Fire Brigade.
c) Inform the Hall Hire Manager.
d) Details can be found on the Fire Procedures notice.

We have the right to remove attendees by our sole discretion. Any decision made by the staff is final.
